Hi bbm just want make sure I’m doing myo-reps right so I do a set of 14-16 reps (activation set) then every 20 second for 5x5 ?
or am I supposed to be doing the activation set then waiting 1-2min rest then 5x5 every 20seconds ?
p.s Myo-reps I find harder on the cardiovascular side than actual fatigue is this normal ? Or just still adapting to it ?
doing my second run of your powerbuilding program made great progress first time and second run currently on week 3 and can now handle the sheer volume as I used to be a 3x5/5x5 on main exercise and everything else was 3x X lol.
