Hi all,
Could you please evaluate the rest between sets for my myoreps on SSB squats. I have the impression I take too long between my sets. Time flies when you’re out of breath. So it doesn’t feel like half a minute but in reality it actually is. I feel the exhaustion in my quads but I do catch my breath more easy towards the later sets.
Is this a problem?
