Necessary to run Strength I before III?

I’m due to start Hypertrophy II in a few weeks, and would like to follow it with a strength template. My template history will be Powerbuilding I → Powerbuilding I again → Hypertrophy II (possibly twice given how I respond) → one of the strength templates.

Having never run a strength template before, would you recommend trying Strength I before III? I also don’t have any bands or chains etc (train in my small garage), will this matter?

I think you should be fine, though if you’re in your first year of training (on a formal program)…I’d probably do strength II first. You can do all the templates in the garage :slight_smile:
