I’m due to start Hypertrophy II in a few weeks, and would like to follow it with a strength template. My template history will be Powerbuilding I → Powerbuilding I again → Hypertrophy II (possibly twice given how I respond) → one of the strength templates.
Having never run a strength template before, would you recommend trying Strength I before III? I also don’t have any bands or chains etc (train in my small garage), will this matter?
