I’ve been training for years and been mostly plateaued for years, I think due to nutrition and suboptimal training. I’ve changed things up some and was recently able to cut my waist size down about 4 inches, and afterwards put on about 8 lbs of muscle. Been happy about that, but my strength hasn’t budged much and is “a shadow “ of what it was many years ago. My question is about the strength templates. In my situation, being that I haven’t had great numbers, but do have a lot of experience, would Strength I, II, or III be the right place to start? Thanks.

Thanks for the post. Haven’t heard from you in awhile, so it’s nice to see you back! Nice work on the body recomposition.
I would be favoring Strength II or Powerbuilding II for templates, leaning towards the latter unless you’re going to sign up for a meet. I think both will work well for strength, but the powerbuilding stuff would likely work very well for you given your experience level.
