Powerlifting II vs. Strength III Template Differences

I have run Strength I previously late last year, and currently am running the old Hypertrophy I template. I am wanting to run a 4-day strength focused template next. Other than Strength III having user-selected exercises, what are the main differences in these two templates? Should I run Powerlifting II first?

More volume and varying intensity protocols to provide more training stimulus. I would run PL II first, yes.
