Hello BBM team,
I could use a suggestion on what to do next.
I am 5’9” 190lbs. Waist circumference is 35” at the moment.
i have ran hypertrophy I and am now on week 11 of Strength I. I ran these at a caloric surplus until my waist hit 35” and am going to run strength I out at maintenance. However I know it’s about time to cut back down.
Should I run Powerbuilding I at maintenance next? Or Run it or Hypertrophy II at a deficit?
