Negative effects of rapid weight loss

Hey Jordan,

i was was just wondering if compliance isn’t an issue and I’m making sure I’m hitting my proper protein goals, are there any negative effects to rapid weight loss? At the moment I’m averaging 1-3lbs a day at my current caloric intake.

Im 48, 285lbs with a 47” waist. I just started a slightly modified version of the Knee Rehab template (modified by Derek) combined with th Bridge v1 for upper body. I figured this would be a good time to concentrate on getting my weight and waist under control. I was thinking of maintaining my current caloric intake of 2750 Kcal/day till I plateau and re evaluate then.

Would you advise differently?
