I recently downloaded the new version of the General S&C template and looking forward to doing it. I had great success with the prior version a few years ago.
I just had a few questions:

What is the purpose of the EMOM work? I was thinking it would serve as the non-specific ‘tertiary’ work for hypertrophy. But the volume of the EMOM work doesn’t seem like a lot to serve as this? Is it high-velocity strength work? If so, why is it at the end of the workout?

What’s the reasoning for only one deadlift movement but three squat movements? Versus two squat movements and two deadlift movements in the prior version?

Why did you choose bodyweight leg accessories e.g copenhagen planks versus machine work such as an adduction machine?
