New Templates?

Yep, we have our new ACFT and Strongman templates going up this weekend. Strength IV and our Youth template will be available shortly thereafter.

Hey, just got the Strongman template today. Had a quick follow-up question. In block one for the Day 1 - Snatch Grip DL and the Day 2 - Push press, the text “60% should be calculated off estimated max Deadlift from the floor” is appended to both exercise slots. The second instance, I’m thinking is an error. But regarding the snatch grip DL, is the 60% in reference to a percentage of our comp deadlift or our snatch grip DL that I’m assuming is roughly established in the low stress week?

It’s a typo. You should use the e1RM you established during the low stress week for the specific movement. I updated the template, which can be re-downloaded using your receipt :slight_smile:
