Hi, I’m not sure which program to get. The ones I’m looking at are beginner, bridge and powerbuilding 1. I’m mostly interested in increasing my SBD lifts as well as adding size, which is why I was looking at PB1, but wasn’t sure whether I should start straight on it or do something prior.
A bit of background about me, I’ve been training for a few years but all my lifts are low due to previous back injury, as well as not training well. Below are my 1rms.
Squats- 70kg
Deadlift - 85kg
Bench -70kg
