Hi. Whenever i bench and try to use leg drive, one of my hamstrings goes numb and I immediately have to stand up so it goes away. This means that I don’t use leg drive when benching or use just a little. When I try to flex my back, it goes numb too if I hold that position for like more than 4 secs when really squeezing them. Its my hamstrings and back that get numb the most but that numbness lasts so little that it goes away once I let go of that position.
I am 6”, 94kg/215lbs, walk ~13k steps a day, eat no vegetables because I don’t like them. I eat meats, eggs, breads, small quantities of fruit, oats and rice and 1L/2.2lbs of milk. Some guys told me it’s deficiencies in minerals such as magnesium.
it doesn’t really bother me a lot but I wish I could not feel numbness since it sucks.
Sorry Leon, don’t really know what’s going on there.
