Bench Press - Hip Cramp

I struggle to use any leg drive in the bench as I can’t really get my feet back under enough my body, without them cramping up so badly. I don’t do any mobility and I can squat/deadlift and everything else perfectly fine. I’m a 23 year old male. Any ideas how to fix this situation?

I do not think this is a mobility issue at all, but rather a need for gradual exposure to doing the thing (leg drive). Additionally, you can try moving your feet narrower, wider, or otherwise different to see if there’s an improvement.
