Just started the 3 day hypertrophy template and have planned to use leg press as the accessory movement (Haven’t used a machine in the gym in years!).
Second week in a row, i have found that I’m getting some cramp in my quads (the teardrop muscle above my knee) that is causing me to need to stop earlier than I otherwise need to (feels pretty funky but dies down when I stop - same kind of cramp feeli you might get when your calves go tight).
Ive been training for 5 years plus (but am a leg press machine noob). Should I keep the leg press in and I’ll adapt or any other thoughts?
