A while back Jordan sent a newsletter that explained when running LP and press/bench stalls earlier than dead lift and squats you can switch the 3x5 to 4x8… or something along those lines to run LP a little longer before starting the bridge. I can’t find the newsletter anymore and was wondering if you remembered what you said in there.
I spent some time off to where I have to run LP again, and was just wondering what reps/percentage those would be?
