I recently purchased the low fatigue template for my own educational purposes, as I’m looking for potential training options for when I start residency in July.
I was curious if there was a way to add Olympic lifts to the program?
Would you just add them in with the other lifts, replace certain lifts, or just not even try it with this template?

I think if someone wants to train the Olympic lifts regularly, e.g. 3-4x/wk, a low fatigue approach is a reasonable option for their strength work. Off the cuff, I’d do the Olympic lift (or variant) as the first exercise on all training days, remove the exercise that was originally programmed 3rd, and keep everything else the same. That seems like a decent starting place to me.

That was kind of my thought but couldn’t decide what to cut out.
I’ll give it go here in a few weeks when I finish up my current program and see how it goes!
