I’m coming up to the end of my third run through the Press template and I’ve seen some gains. Specifically and thankfully in my deadlift after a back injury in week 3 which required a switch to sumo and an all-time PR at the end. I think at this point I need to force some variation and I’ve got the bug to try the Olympic lifts again. I’ve done them in the past and I’m fairly proficient in them. I’ve thought about trying the Olympic template because I see in the description that it also focuses on the Deadlift and squat. I’m excited to try your programing for the snatch and clean/jerk but the deadlift is still my all time favorite lift. Will this program still allow me to progress that lift as well?
