Olympic Weightlifting template Q

I bought this template as i am definitely gonna use it at skme point this year, and as I was looking through it, i saw that day 4 exercise 3 was press, no belt.
Does this mean strict press or something else?

Yep, OHP is strict press. If “no belt” is designated, then do it without using a weightlifting belt.
