I’ve got a friend (Asian female, late 20s) who is curious about Resistance Training, had Rickets as a child and underwent corrective surgery in her teen years as her legs had bowed. I’ve searched the interwebs here for a while for any information about adults with Osteomalacia and if it’s safe for them to undertake Resistance Training with not a single study found!
Im curious if anyone knows anything about this or has had experience training a client or friend with this condition?
