Overview of at home no equipment program

Good Morning,
I am a 54 year old male. I am currently reading Starting Strength, and I just started stronglifts 5x5 program,11 workouts complete. The Gyms are closed here in NY, as they are in many areas. Do you have an overview of your At Home no equipment program? My wife and I are Novice Runners, 10 -12 miles a week when possible, we have been doing a Kickboxing Class for a year 3 times a week. We are in decent shape but are still novices in my opinion. Would this program be suitable?

Any and all opinions are Welcome
Thank You

Is there an Overview of your at home no equipment program available?
Thank You

Yessir, here are some of the characteristics:

  1. You get to choose your own exercises based on preferences and current fitness level. Each workout is full-body and includes 4-5 exercises.
  2. The template is programmed for 3-5 days per week of training depending on how you want to break it up. Resistance training is programmed 3 times per week. Conditioning is programmed 2-3 times per week and there is an additional circuit workout. There are additional daily step goals included.
  3. Workouts will take about 30-45 minutes to complete for most individuals.

Hope this helps!

Yea I think this would work fine provided you’re open to doing some resistance training using your bodyweight  If you’re on the fence, hang tight until tomorrow when the free version and accompanying article comes out. This should help!
