Just had a few questions:

During my first warm-up set with the empty bar for squats, I experience some minor knee pain, but as I get heavier and more acclimated to load, this eventually goes away completely. This also happens when I do lateral raises, I get pain in my right shoulder that completely goes away after 1 working set. Is this normal? Or could there be underlying issues?

When I perform incline dumbbell flyes, I often feel a ‘pop’ in my left shoulder, however, I have never felt pain from this. Should I be worried about this and change exercises/cut range of motion or is this ok?
