I have pain in my ankles, knees, hips, back and elbows. This started when I attempted, and then stopped, Starting Strength 10 months ago and hasn’t gone away. I tried some box squats a few weeks ago, 3 x 5 with 30 kg, but the pain got much worse over the next few days. I’m waiting for an appointment with a Rheumatologist. Work has become something I dread due to the pain and I’m now very depressed. Any idea what I could do?
