Pain in lower spine after racking the squat.

Hello, my name is Anthony. I started using the low bar squat about 5 months ago and everything was going good. I recently started having a sharp pain in my lower spin after racking the squat and standing back up straight or standing up after deadlift or letting the bar go at lockout. the pain only lasts for about 2-3 seconds and then I feel fine. I have had my gym buddy watch some of Alens videos to ensure my form is correct. I have search all over to fine nothing on the problem I’m having. Would you be able to shed some light on what is going on.

Are you wearing a belt?

This is common, and tends to get better on it’s own over time. Some folks end up needing to use a different style of squatting temporarily (like high bar) to desensitize things before returning to normal training.
