I am almost done running PB1 Gen 2 3 day and was planning ahead for 4 day.
I currently doing the main 3 days Mon, Wed, Fri. GPP and 1 conditioning (30min) on Tue/Thur and 30min condition saturday and 40min Sunday.
I know I am going to have to add one of those conditioning days to the end of a main lifting day when I switch to 4 days and my first GPP day would be Wed now.
I was thinking since I get off work earlier on Fridays I can do the main lifting, the 2nd GPP and the conditioning all in one session. Because I like my weekend obligation only being the quick conditioning sessions. Would that be feasible or should I just add the 2nd GPP to my Saturday conditioning?
