PBII second gen question

Hey, BBM team. Just ran day one of PBII second gen, and I had a quick question about the GPP work. I know there’s always a bit of flexibility with the scheduling of GPP accessories, but in the context of PBII 2nd gen, do you prefer trainees run all of the direct arm work on a dedicated “arm day” like in the Bodybuilding II template, or break it into multiple sessions? I sort of enjoyed having an arm day in BBII, so I was just curious if that was viable here. The conditioning I will most certainly break into multiple sessions. Thanks, guys!

Yep, totally viable to put the arm stuff as it’s own day, though one could also do conditioning and trunk work afterwards, or put the arm stuff after a regular lifting session. I would predict similar outcomes for all strategies…it’s mostly personal preference.

Wow, somehow I missed the release of this one. When I finish low fatigue GS&C in about five weeks, was planning to run a PB program as I have run back to back S&C programs after completing PB1 Gen 2. SO I want to focus on the big three again. Looks like ill have to decide between this and the low fatigue PB program. Im sure I cant go wrong with either.

Indeed. I think either would be great!

On each of the three templates, the supplemental exercise cell layouts are missing the Logging box to track weight and reps. Is that something that can be updated and pushed out? Thank you!

I purposely did not put a log box there, as the file was getting very large and unwieldy. Another ~ 100 formulae was really slowing it down. The app is not bound by this limitation, and you get free access to the program in the app.
