I’m currently running the original bridge template as an intermediate lifter. Previously I did SSLP before programming myself for a while. I’ve been enjoying The Bridge and it’s given me the structure and accountability I’d started lacking when doing my own thing.
I’m now looking at what to do next and am considering Powerbuilding 1. I’m just looking for advise on how long the workouts generally take as I’m restricted to about 1.5hrs three nights a week for the main lifting sessions (I usually fit in the additional gpp in chunks here and there). I’d be using basic gym equipment (rack, bar, plates, bench) if that makes a difference, in a home setup so no waiting for equipment availability.
