PB3 and GPP

Hello Jordan,

I just finished my 2nd week on PB3 and I was thinking about increasing the GPP, meaning doing another upper back + arm workout during the week, as I have reason to believe that I respond well to that. Do you think I should run the program as written and see how I respond to it, or would increasing the amount of GPP be a viable option ?

Btw, really enjoying the program so far, can’t remember when I last had this much fun training.

If you are feeling good, recovering well, and have prior evidence that you respond well to a bit more work in those areas, fine to make the adjustments as you see fit and go from there.
