I’ve just finished running strength 1 bur previously ran PB1 before hand.(I went from 425 @ 8 to 495 @ 8.5 on my deadlift
) Right now I am thinking of running PB3 for the customizability, however I was wondering if it would work if I moved some days around. So MWFS would be lifting days, but Tuesday and Thursday be for cardio. This is because those are the days my schedule aligns with my cousin and I want to go cycling with him. Thanks!
