Hey BBM team,
I’m on Phase 3 of the BT and on week 2 I noticed on squats/bench/deads it has the heavy single top set, followed by back off sets, and then about 76% of e1RM for 18-24 reps. Are these supposed to be done as myo-reps or more like 6 sets of 4/3 sets of 6?
