Hello everyone, im on the 6th week of the HLM template and ive been wondering about the percentages for the back-off sets.
For example on the bench im doing 1@8 followed by 4@9. After that it calls for 3 sets of 4 @82%. Am i supposed to be using 82% of my E1RM or 82% of the weight for 4@9?
On some other movement it specificly calls for % of E1RM but on others it doesnt. Tried looking for an answer but couldnt find it with the ssearch tool. Thanks in advance!
