Planning to run Strength 1 again—should I skip Week 13?

See title! I’m on Week 12 of this program and have loved it. I’m currently losing weight and gaining strength simultaneously, which is something I’ve never been able to pull off. And I love the exercise selection.

Anyway, I’ve read elsewhere that I should probably just skip the 1RM week and instead start over from Week 1. Is that accurate?

If you don’t want to test 1RM’s then yes, you can skip week 13. If you’re getting stronger though, it might be fun to send it!
