Should I Peak?

Just finished week 3 of the 12 Week Strength. I have no upcoming meet and no desire to test my true 1RM.

The question is, do I go through the peaking aspect of the programme or do I shorten the programme and move onto another template.

Any thoughts or advice is appreciated.

You can do whatever you want then in this situation. There’s nothing crucial about doing the peak if you don’t care about testing your strength and if you straight up don’t feel like it, the strength/muscle you built will still be there. Quit right before the real peaking starts and switch the HLM or hypertrophy template.
