Using Strength I as a peaking template

I’m currently wrapping up the Powerbuilding I program. Additionally, I signed up for a meet in February (~17 weeks away). I am planning on running the Strength I template, which will pretty much run me right into the meet date. My question is: Is this template designed to be used as a meet prep/peak? should I modulate volume or intensity towards the end of the program?

Welcome, Jonah! The Strength 1 template is indeed set up for a peak/meet prep. It includes the peak for week 13 in the template, so you’ll simply want to match that up to your meet date (make week 13 your meet week and work back from there), and you’ll be set.

If one were not training for a meet, would you just skip week 13 and go back to the start? I just selected Strength I to get stronger in those lifts.
