Power building to bodybuilding

Has anyone switched from a power building to the bodybuilding template?

If so, any tips or issues that you ran into?

I’m finishing up the PB3 template and planning on switching to the bodybuilding template.

I’ve never done any bodybuilding training before.

Here is a non answer… I just switched from finished PB3 to Olympic lifting and the transition was very smooth. They compliment each other well.

If you need a change pace or just want to add some mass it won’t be a problem. You have 4 days a week and it is different training one lift and variations/accessories of that lift all on one day vs. the mix of upper and lower the PB give. Going to 10’s is an adjustment but it isn’t hard. The only reason to do it I think is just for a change of pace or an alternative to hypertrophy templates if you are running a pyramid with a base phase to gain mass then pairing down to your main lifts for a test. It can add an element of fun from novel stimulus and maybe exercises you don’t normally do like good mornings or hip thrust. So if you are burning out doing the same thing it can give you a new sense of adventure with something new.
