Powerbuilding 2 Exercise Selection

Hello, I’m trying to do PB2 with limited equipment beyond a squat rack with a lat pull down attachment. On day two, is high bar squat still an ok substitute for leg press if my main squat on day one is high bar? I’ve never really been able to get off the ground with low bar due to some elbow discomfort, but maybe I could try that on day two? Thanks!

For this template, I’d do high bar as your main squat (day 1), front squats or paused HBBS for day 2’s squats, and something unilateral (split squat for example) on day 4 (for PB II). Or main squat (day 1) and supplemental squat (day 2) on PB 1.

If you end up getting a landmine attachment for your rack, you can do a whole bunch of cool things with it like goblet squats, hack squats, belt squats, 1-arm rows, landmine presses, meadows rows, etc.
