Powerbuilding Db press

just brought the powerbuilding template but have a question about the dumbbell press / press on third day just want to make sure I’m going to be doing it right

so first set is 70% of my estimated 1 rep max AMRAP
second and third set is 63% of the e1Rm

for example if my e1RM is 50kg Db my amrap % would be 35kg DBs
and then the next 2 sets would be with 31.5DBs for 12reps

Just want to make sure I’m going to be doing it right.

You have the right idea, yes! However with the DBs, just so we’re clear, I would just use 35s and then 30s. That’s close enough for the high rep work.
