Currently running PB1. Should I use a belt for SLDL, paused squats, and 2ct paused bench? I do use the belt for the main movement.

We typically do our supplemental work beltless.
Sme individuals may have a specific reason or preference to still use a belt for that work, which is fine too.
Thanks. Just wanted to confirm since the second press slot has “no belt” specified but these movements don’t.
