I recall you guys previously recommending not running the legacy 12 week strength template twice back to back and recommended a “pallate cleanse” with a hypertrophy template or something similar in between. Is this still your recommendation? I’m trying to figure out what to run after wrapping up the Bridge 3.0 template.
Also, I am probably near the upper end of my bodyweight range, or will be by the time I finish the Bridge. That being said, does it make sense to run Powerlifting II while maintaining bodyweight, or is it more optimal when gaining?
You can run Strength I and II back to back if you like. That being said, you’re on TB 3.0 right now and I don’t know if we should be trying to predict what training you’ll need many months down the road. We should use recent feedback to help us determine what’s next
I have no problems with you losing weight on Strength II.
Yep I get that. I’m starting week 5 of the Bridge. I was planning on going straight into Strength 2 after the Bridge. Are you saying I should do the Strength 1 template before Powerlifting 2?
I thought Strength 1 was essentially a replacement of the Bridge.
I would do Strength I prior to Strength II if you haven’t done it yet and your only previous exposure to our programming is The Bridge 3.0 (or The Bridge 1.0 for that matter).
Strength I is significantly different than The Bridge (1.0 and 3.0).
