I just had a question regarding the difference between the 12W Strength and the Powerlifting 2 templates.
I am on week 8 of the 12w strength right now and don’t think that I need to jump back into the 7week hypertrophy just yet. I’d like to run another strength block after this one, but I need some guidance on which template to run. I don’t want to purchase the Powerlifting2 template if it closely resembles the 12w strength that I’ve already bought. I am thinking about trying a Powerlifting meet at some point next year, but I’d like to see my numbers a little higher first. What template would you recommend running next.

If you got good results on 12WS, you could run it again. Alternatively, you could run PL II, as it is significantly different than 12WS with respect to rep schemes, average intensity, frequency, etc.

Thanks for the reply. Since that’s the case, I think I’ll try the Powerlifting2 next. I’ve run 12w strength once before and put the 7w hypertrophy between them. A change would be nice.
