You’ve made clear your dislike for the original 5/3/1 program. However, I am curious to see your opinions of the modified 5/3/1 program created by powerliftingtowin. What are your thoughts on this program? Are there any major deficiencies when comparing it to the Bridge program you’ve created? How would you compare the two?
