Are there any specific criteria or measurements that you should keep your eye on while bulking for health reasons? For example, staying under a certain bmi, waist size measurement, or bodyfat percentage. Basically how do you prevent gaining too much weight to where it is a detriment to your health?

Noah, great question and yes, I think we can come up with some guidelines here:
- < 30 BMI
- <37" waist circumference (though my preference is even lower, ~ 35-6")
- No firm body fat cut off
- Gain weight slowly -Jordan
