I have NSF certified beta alanine, creatine, citrulline malate. Can I just use these to make my own pre workout? Am I really missing very important ingredients like betaine and the other things in peri rx, or would I get the same results by just taking the recommended doses of these agents along with some caffeine?

To your first question, yes, you are missing out on the effects of missing ingredients. That’s why they’re in peri rx. At present, NSF does not certify a stand-alone citrulline malate. I think you may be mistaken.
