Press template, GPP Hypertrophy vs. GPP Endurance Template for losing bodyfat

Hello handsome doctors and pretty lady, 3 questions for you:

  1. Would you recommend any modifications to the Press template for someone re-running it immediately after finishing the first run through, who’d responded well to it the first time?

  2. Which GPP template is better, ceteris paribus, for losing bodyfat: Hypertrophy or Endurance?

  3. If doing the GPP Hypertrophy template on a caloric deficit, would you still recommend doing all of the arm work, in the same fashion prescribed in the template?

  1. Not necessarily. Probably get another good run.

  2. Either would be fine with a good calorie deficit, but I’d prob pick the endurance if you’re not from that background.
