Programming low stress weeks

Of course this is highly individual, but for an average age, average strength man interested in general strength with a little power lifting thrown in, how often should I program a low stress week? And how do I structure it ? Thank you docs

As often as dictated by a noted stagnation in progression or regression in strength levels, an acute injury, or external life event that compromises training resources.

I think decreased volume and intensity is one way to do it, but there’s no rule of thumb that is more specific than that.

Hopefully relevant to this thread: how would you program your squat for a pivot week?
High bar? Front? SSB?
And in what ranges? 10 reps at increasing RPES, or less/more?

Just wondering your personal preferences.
