Hello chaps,
I’ve been enjoying a beginner style template recently training on Monday - Wednesday - Friday. However, in a couple of months time I will be working full time during the day and attending a university course on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, meaning I can’t train on a Wednesday anymore. When the time comes, would it be possible to strength/ resistance train on Monday - Friday - Saturday or is this bad programming?
Also, I’m only four weeks into beginner training but I’m desperate to start some GPP in the form of upper arm and upper back work with some ‘rehab’ exercises thrown in. Is it okay to add in this fourth day of training this early in a beginner programme?
