Programming recommendations for bjj/Muay Thai 4 times a week

Hi Doctors
A big thank you for the content you put out. My question is regarding someone who has a lot of extracurricular activities on the side i.e bjj.
I understand that the templates have gpp work built in,but would the programs worth in this scenario with combat sports on 4 other days, and what would be the reality of the situation. From what I’ve read in pp3 is that hlm is best for intermediates who aren’t fully committed to barbell sports, I’ve noticed you guys have a hlm and many other templates, but I have no idea which of the other templates would be suitable.

Last question I promise, is long term strength gains limited past early intermediate phase for someone doing extracurricular stuff

Thank you guys

HLM isn’t even defined in PP3 and the programming suggested in that book does not comport with existing data on training for strength, hypertrophy, and/or conditioning. It is wholly made up in many parts.

I think one of the Bridge variations, HLM, the GPP endurance or GPP hypertrophy template would be my best bit. I’d skip the GPP in all of these templates if you’re really rolling > 2x/wk.

Wow thank you Jordan for the reply.crazy did not know bits of pp3 regarding programming were made up. I was thinking 12 week strength must be overkill.
