Finished up with Powerbuilding I, moved on to Strength I. Currently on week 4 in Strength I, and noticed looking forward that the GPP levels fluctuate from week to week. I’ve just been maintaining the highest level of GPP that was prescribed in Powerbuilding I for my GPP days in Strength I. Is this the correct thing to do, or should I start fluctuating the GPP with the weeks as prescribed in Strength I? I know it probably doesn’t matter significantly, I’m just looking to do what’s most correct and for some input.
Maintaining the higher amount of GPP that you’re used to is fine.
