I’ve been logging my calorie intake in myfitnesspal, and whenever i add cardio, my protein goals go up (i guess because the macro goals is % based). Should i eat more protein when i train to follow myfitnesspal’s recommendation or should i stick with my usual goal which is around 1.1g of protein per pound of bodyweight?
I do not think your protein intake should change because you’re doing conditioning. I’m not sure why MyFitnessPal is changing it for you either.
