I cooked my protein sources on a Sunday ready for the week ahead. Usually 2kg of Chicken breast and 1kg of 95% lean ground beef divided up over 6 days. It appears in MFP that there is some difference in raw content vs the cooked. E.g, 1kg chicken breast raw gives 240g protein but once cooked im only left with around 700g breast and a totally different protein count. Do you take the raw or cooked protein figures here?
