Pull-ups/Chin-ups on the no equipment template

Hey BBM,

Where should I go about adding pull-ups/chin-ups to the no equipment template. I’m training with the no-equipment template, but I have access to a pull-up bar and want to incorporate that in somehow. Unlike on the minimal equipment template, there isn’t a day where theres a “pull” exercise. Should I replace some of the exercises with pull-ups or just add them in on top of them? Big fan of your stuff and thanks for providing a template to give some guidance in these odd times of training limbo.

I’d probably add pull-ups/chin-ups as the 3rd movement on Days 1 and 3, swapping in the 3rd movement from Day 1 to Day 2 in that setup.

Don’t forget about your tempo and paused variations of the pull-up/chin-up if you need :slight_smile:
