I don’t have the program in front of me but I believe phase 2 of the beginner program calls for 1 day per week of EMOM conditioning. If I’m remembering correctly, it’s EMOM at RPE 10 for 10-20 seconds. My question is, what’s the best way to “warm up” for this EMOM since it’s at RPE 10? I’m assuming you don’t sit down on the rower completely cold and start cranking out RPE 10 intervals.
It doesn’t have an EMOM conditioning piece, but for our HIIT recommendation we’d have you do whatever activity you’re going to do for ~5 minutes to warm up using progressively higher intensities
